  “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience building my kitchen with this company. From start to finish, it felt like a major headache. The work was consistently done at night, which raised immediate concerns about quality control, and unfortunately, those concerns were justified. The cabinets were riddled with nail holes and had small chips already appearing, and within just a month, my stainless steel sink has started to rust and the faucet is leaking. It seems they miscalculated measurements, and I didn’t receive all the items I was originally contracted for. Getting the final paperwork to my insurance company took nearly three weeks. Honestly, I felt like I got a very cheap kitchen – I think the nighttime work was due to the crew juggling other jobs. Communication was also a huge issue; everyone spoke Spanish, making it difficult to understand what was being discussed. Because much of the materials were manufactured in Vietnam, I was hoping for a lower price point, but overall, I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to proceed with extreme caution.” report abuse

  From start to finish, working with 1HOME Construction has been an absolute pleasure. It all began with a leak, but thankfully, Isaac and his team stepped in to handle everything with the insurance company. Isaac himself was fantastic – we just clicked with him right away and appreciated his genuine willingness to help, something the other companies didn’t offer. He was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and always available, which made a huge difference. Isaac expertly navigated the insurance process, and once we secured everything, we decided to move forward with a full home renovation. Alfonso and Lalo were also fantastic – Alfonso’s dedication to getting things just right was amazing, and Lalo was a true craftsman, particularly with the tile work. He was so patient and skilled, taking his time to ensure everything was perfect, even when we changed our minds about the grout color! Throughout the entire process, communication was outstanding, with Isaac checking in regularly and everyone being incredibly personable and professional. We’re signing the contract to start next week and are already excited to see the transformation. We wholeheartedly recommend 1HOME Construction – they’re truly a fantastic team and we’ll definitely be using them again for future projects. report abuse

We had a few contractors come in for quotes, but Isaac really stood out. He was incredibly knowledgeable, really listened to our budget concerns, and was happy to work with us on choosing our vanities, even helping us get some great deals. Isaac kept us updated on the progress regularly and was always super responsive to any questions we had. The team was also incredibly reliable and punctual, and the whole renovation finished within two weeks – exactly as promised. Any minor hiccups were dealt with quickly, within a day.   “My experience with 1Home Construction was really disappointing. I contacted them to get an estimate for some flooring and stair work, and I was hoping to start the project sometime in June or July. However, the initial interaction was quite abrupt – the person I spoke with gave brief, almost dismissive answers and seemed to have a negative attitude. When I mentioned my desired timeline, they immediately stated they weren’t scheduling anything more than three weeks out due to tariffs, which I get to a point, but it felt like a convenient way to avoid planning. The call ended very quickly, with no attempt to discuss my project further or even schedule a follow-up. Honestly, if they aren’t willing to even schedule a visit, it’s hard to see how anyone would consider working with them.” report abuse
