  Julie and Ashley did an absolutely wonderful job transforming our house! They really have a talent for creating beautiful spaces, and the guest bedroom is just stunning – it’s truly like a luxurious suite.   I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. I placed an order for $38,000 worth of furniture back in August 2021, and it’s now almost February 2022 and I still haven't received my merchandise. They took my full payment – cashed my check – but I’ve never gotten the furniture. It’s absolutely shocking and frankly, a terrible experience. I’m beyond frustrated, especially considering it was my family's savings. I’ve attached photos as proof. I strongly advise against using this company. report abuse

  Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend Inside Interiors to anyone. Our experience was incredibly frustrating and, looking back, we made several critical mistakes. We hired them hoping to get some help with a home remodeling project, but from the very beginning, things felt off. They insisted on us paying a large upfront fee – $6,500 – which immediately raised red flags, but we ignored our instincts. They never provided a written contract, despite repeated requests, and couldn’t even provide proof of their own credentials or licenses for the contractors they used. It became clear they were simply using us, and the contractors they hired were unreliable. Two of the contractors were unlicensed, and we ended up with fines as a result. They insisted on having their names on our invoices, claiming discounts, which we suspected were kickbacks. Ultimately, they abandoned the project before it was finished, leaving us with unfinished work and a lot of wasted time and money. It was a huge mistake trusting them – we should have just hired a party planner instead! If you’re considering a remodeling project, please, please do your research and get everything in writing before handing over any money. report abuse
