  I’ve been a regular at this location for a while now, and I have to say, it’s consistently disappointing. Every time I go, I approach the desk and nobody seems to notice I’m there until they’re already talking amongst themselves about who’s busy. While Gene was a nice person to speak with, it’s frustrating that no one ever takes the initiative to greet customers or offer assistance. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this location. report abuse

  “I was really frustrated trying to find a rental aerator, and I contacted several Sunbelt locations in Virginia – seven of them, in fact – but they were all completely booked through the end of October and offered no additional assistance. Jhoan at this store was a lifesaver! He was the only one who took the time to help me find exactly what I needed, and even located it for me in Virginia. If you’re in Maryland and looking to rent equipment, I’d highly recommend reaching out to this store – Jhoan was fantastic!” report abuse
