  “I had a pretty positive experience calling them last week. I initially spoke to a woman, but unfortunately didn’t get a callback. When I called back this week, a gentleman named Augustus answered. He was really helpful and explained my situation about the encroachment clearly, outlining the steps I could take. He said the work should be completed within 14 days with a 50/50 payment split, and I’ll be adding a more detailed note later.” report abuse

  Honestly, I was incredibly frustrated with this company. I spent a lot of time trying to get a simple email proposal, and it was a complete waste of my time. They kept promising to send it within 5 minutes, but it never arrived. I spoke with the survey person directly, and the same thing happened every time. Based on my experience and what I’ve read in other reviews, I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them. report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience working with Mr. Fitzroy’s business. Honestly, it’s been the worst service I’ve ever encountered. The initial survey was riddled with errors and he refused to even look at them. He’s constantly difficult to reach, and it’s been a huge struggle to get anyone to respond – we’ve had three people trying to get in touch. I placed an order last Tuesday and was promised it by Thursday morning, but it never arrived. The office person gave me conflicting information, saying my boss wasn't available and would send it when he returned, which he didn’t. He then sent me the wrong measurements on Friday, and after going back to his office, he promised to fix it, only for it not to arrive on Saturday. I’ve called repeatedly with no answer. This whole experience has been incredibly unprofessional, and I would strongly advise against using his services. report abuse

  Honestly, I cannot recommend this company. My experience was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. They didn’t complete any work and retained a portion of my deposit – it was a complete waste of time and money. I wish I’d paid closer attention to the other reviews before making this decision; their website is just a deceptive façade. report abuse

  I can’t recommend this company at all. They provided a completely useless survey and then simply disappeared – they never followed up or delivered the items they promised. It’s clear they’re just taking your money without actually doing any work. Seriously, avoid them. report abuse

  “I was really pleased they responded so quickly, which was a great start. However, the quote of over $1000 for a boundary survey and staking seemed incredibly high – definitely a bit much for the work involved.” report abuse
