  Mr. Thompson and TomsBurg Surveillance were absolutely fantastic! From the very first consultation, he was a true professional – punctual, incredibly knowledgeable, and so patient. He took the time to really understand my needs for a CCTV system at my home, walked me through the proposed coverage area, and explained everything about the system he recommended in detail. I appreciated his advice to research the system myself, and he was readily available to answer my questions. Once I decided to move forward, he scheduled the installation for just two days later and was right on time, working efficiently and thoroughly. He even gave me a helpful tutorial on how to use the system, patiently going over everything until I felt completely confident. Honestly, I received top-notch service, a great system, and a price that was significantly better than what the larger security companies offered.
