  Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Great Sky. From the initial proposal to the final installation, they were fantastic. They really took the time to understand my needs and walked me through every part of the process – the design, planning, installation, and even dealing with the utility company. What really stood out was their responsiveness and how they handled everything for me. I especially appreciated choosing them because of their reputation as a well-established company and their production guarantee.   I had a really positive experience working with Bill Martin at Great Sky Solar.   Great Sky Solar really impressed me. I’d been searching for a solar installer, and they came highly recommended – which was a great starting point. Their pricing was about average, but considering they use quality products and are employee-owned, it felt like a really solid deal. From our first conversation, I was really impressed with the representative; they were so knowledgeable, polite, and completely transparent about everything. They kept me updated regularly throughout the whole process, and even managed to finish the installation ahead of schedule.   “I’ve been really pleased with Great Sky. They’re a small, friendly cooperative with a fantastic team who really took the time to understand our needs and work closely with us on everything – from planning and forecasting our solar revenue to the installation itself. I’m now up to 40 panels on my south-facing roof, and I’m excited to be back to zero electric bills starting this spring, plus we’re benefiting from SREC payments.   Overall, I’m really happy with the solar installation Great Sky Solar did for me. It’s been a year now, and the system has performed perfectly – no issues at all! The initial setup was a little slow getting started, especially given how busy Great Sky was back in August, but once they got going, things moved incredibly quickly. The installation itself was fantastic – just two days for 33 panels, and they cleaned up all the mess. I particularly appreciated that Great Sky didn’t use subcontractors; it really seemed to contribute to the high quality of the work, which was very neat and professional. It actually looks better than other solar installations I’ve seen. I’ve been consistently impressed with their professionalism and the team they sent me. However, I did have a small issue with a component last year, which I ultimately resolved with Enphase. While Great Sky wasn’t able to give me a firm timeline for a technician, they did eventually send someone out within a day, and I truly believe their commitment to customer service is what sets them apart. I've already recommended them to friends, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. report abuse

I really appreciated how friendly and informative he was when I first made the call, and he took the time to understand exactly what we needed during our meeting, patiently explaining everything about the solar installation. Communication was consistently excellent throughout the whole process, especially leading up to the installation itself. The two-day installation was incredibly well-organized, and we especially valued that the installers worked with us to ensure the final look matched our preferences.
