  “I was really hoping to get a quote for updating the lighting in our Fellowship Hall, but unfortunately, Robert informed me they weren’t able to take on the job – I was a little surprised by that. He didn’t offer much detail at the time. After I left a review, Robert called back and explained that they were simply too busy to take on a new project. I completely understand that perspective, and I appreciate him clarifying. We’re still interested in exploring lighting updates, whether it’s just one pendant light or something more extensive like lay-in lights. Honestly, my initial conversation felt a little rushed, but it led me to a fantastic experience with another company! I want to apologize if my review seemed harsh – I was just trying to share my experience and express my interest in updating our lighting.   I would strongly advise against using this company. I contacted them for a quote and they were a full 45 minutes late. Worse, after giving me the quote, they immediately pressured me to hire them that day and even hinted at blocking my phone number if I didn't agree. On top of that, they were trying to sell me unnecessary upgrades to a system that was already working perfectly. I ended up getting a much better quote and a far more professional experience with another electrician – definitely steer clear of this one. report abuse

  Overall, I had a really positive experience with this team. They were incredibly responsive to my needs and Robert was especially helpful in clarifying things for me.   I was really disappointed with the service I received. I contacted National Electric when a power outage affected part of my house, and it took them a couple of days to respond with a quote. I then sent them photos of my breaker box and meter, but I never heard back from the gentleman named Robert. Honestly, I don’t think they were interested in my business – it felt like they just weren’t willing to follow up. I’ll be going elsewhere to get this sorted. report abuse
