  I have to say, I was absolutely blown away by the team that installed my new shower! Meeting Randy, Kyle, Joe, and Kern on July 23rd was a really positive experience. They were all incredibly hardworking, respectful, and friendly – truly a pleasure to have around. I was especially impressed with how diligently they worked all day, and Kyle even took the time to walk me through the water supply so I could confidently turn it off and on. It’s rare to find a team so committed, and honestly, I’ve been a homeowner since '93 and haven't encountered such dedication. And I want to give a huge shout-out to Teresa Crosby – she was fantastic, providing expert advice without any pressure. West Shore, please keep sending teams like this out – the results are guaranteed to be fantastic! I genuinely felt like I made some new friends, and I'd give them a full 10 stars! report abuse

  “I was incredibly pleased with the work Josh, Aaron, and Vinnie did installing my bathtubs. They were incredibly professional and took such care throughout the entire process. They were meticulous in their work, cleaning up every bit of debris and leaving the area spotless. I especially appreciated how carefully they handled the new tubs and old ones, ensuring they didn’t scratch my walls, and how they protected my floors with drop cloths. Their early start and efficient completion of the job by the end of the day were fantastic. Honestly, the work was absolutely perfect! Because of their professionalism and the quality of their work, I’ve requested them to install my second bathtub – both bathtubs look fantastic!” report abuse

  “Overall, the guys who did the shower replacement were fantastic – really skilled and professional. I was very pleased with the quality of their work. However, I do have some serious concerns about the financing arrangement. My uncle got a quote for a $14,000 shower, and they arranged it through Greentree, with a nine-year payment plan at just under $300 a month. Looking ahead, that will end up costing him nearly $33,000! We tried to cancel the deal, but they said it was too late, and it would cost an extra $6500. Considering my uncle is 84, it seems like a completely unreasonable amount for a shower, and I really think the salesperson should have explained the long-term costs and payment schedule more clearly to him. It’s a shame because our neighbors used Bath Fitter and got a similar bathroom renovation for a much lower price – it looked absolutely beautiful.” report abuse

  “I absolutely have to say, Ethan and Kyle did an amazing job! I was completely blown away with my new shower – I actually cried with joy! They were so professional and incredibly efficient, and my bathroom is now absolutely gorgeous. They kept me updated throughout the whole process, and they even cleaned up afterward.   “I was so relieved when Marvin and his team – James, Antwan, Brian, and Anthony – finished renovating my bathroom. They did an absolutely fantastic job making it safe and much more appealing, especially considering it’s a small space. Marvin was wonderful; he answered all my questions and listened to my concerns without ever making me feel like I was asking too much.   I couldn’t be happier with West Shore Homes. Everything went exactly as promised – the windows were fantastic, the installation was flawless, and the financing terms were great. Erik, our salesperson, was truly outstanding; he took the time to thoroughly explain everything, step-by-step, and made the whole process so easy.   Tom and Kavin did an absolutely fantastic job converting our tub into a walk-in shower! They were both so pleasant and respectful throughout the entire process, and we really appreciated how hard they worked and how consistently they kept us updated on everything. They were always on time and completed the work exactly as we’d discussed. We’re really pleased with how it looks – it’s fantastic! They also took care of cleaning up all the mess and removing all the debris. We’re excited to have them back once the shower doors and shelves arrive. report abuse
