“I’ve been really pleased with this supplier – they offer fantastic quality products at prices that are fair, and they’re always happy to provide those extra bits and pieces I need. Plus, their customer service is top-notch.”

“After over 10 years of being a loyal customer, I’m incredibly disappointed with how Metro Sealant has handled things, particularly since the impact of COVID-19. It’s become clear that big companies with deep pockets are receiving preferential treatment, and smaller businesses like mine are being left out. I’ve heard the same story from all the representatives – they prioritize their largest clients. While I understand the need to retain key customers, it’s reached a point where the business is clearly being monopolized, with limited materials being sold to whoever can pay the highest price. I’ve witnessed this firsthand, seeing other companies receive shipments while we’ve received absolutely no communication. Frankly, it feels like my loyalty means nothing to them. Because of this, I won’t be returning, as I simply can’t work with a company that values money over customer relationships – I’m now being actively pursued by competitors when they have materials available.”

“I’m extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Metro Sealant. I received an order of caulk, but five of the tubes were expired and one color, sandy beige, was charged to my account even though they didn’t have any in stock. It took me two calls to get the sandy beige credited, and I then waited two weeks for the five white tubes, calling four times only to be told they were out of stock – no one ever bothered to email me an update. Because of this, I’m now seriously behind on my project.”

“I’ve been sourcing materials for my caulking and waterproofing business for over 25 years, and I’ve worked with a lot of suppliers. But my experience with Metro Sealants in Baltimore has been truly exceptional. Their team – especially Mary, who’s incredibly knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond – really stands out. Tray and Adam are fantastic too, always friendly and hardworking. If you’re looking for quality caulking and waterproofing supplies, I wholeheartedly recommend Metro Sealants Baltimore.”

“I was really pleased with this company – they actually had the specific supplies I needed, which is a huge relief. I’ve tried other suppliers and they consistently didn’t have them in stock. And John, the young man working around the back, was fantastic! He was already there waiting for me to unload my truck and had everything set up on the dock before I even arrived.”
-
“I’ve been a loyal customer of Metro for years now, and I wanted to give a huge shout-out to them. Seriously, it’s a bit tricky to find – they’re tucked away behind another building, but totally worth the effort! Their real strength lies in their fantastic service and the wide selection of water management supplies they offer. I especially appreciate that they open early, and they always seem to have exactly what I need. Five stars!”
-
Trey was fantastic – really helpful, friendly, and he clearly knew a lot about what he was doing. Just a heads-up, you’ll want to drive alongside the building to access the office, as the stock deliveries come down from the driveway.
-
Mary consistently delivers exactly what we need, and her products are always reliable enough to meet our customers’ expectations.
-
“Overall, I’ve been consistently impressed with the team – they’re genuinely fantastic and really knowledgeable.”
-
Metro Sealants really sets themselves apart – they’re consistently the top choice when you’re looking for the absolute best.
