“Overall, my experience with Metro’s sales team was incredibly frustrating. They came to my house multiple times over the course of a year, but their process was completely disorganized and ultimately unsuccessful. The biggest issue was their rigid requirement of having a completely empty room for any work to begin, which was impossible for our family of five. We managed to break the project into phases, but we faced constant delays – one worker showed up alone and refused to work because of the clutter, another time they simply didn’t show up for a scheduled appointment, and then a worker even asked me to explain the project to him! It’s baffling that after hours of discussion with the sales team, they couldn't provide basic information about the job. Despite seeing the damaged floors during each visit, they continued to push forward without a clear plan. It felt like there was a total disconnect between the sales team and the people actually doing the work. Honestly, if your house was completely empty, I’m sure they’d be a better company. I wouldn’t recommend them if you have any furniture or belongings in your home. It was a huge waste of time and effort, and I really regret not canceling the project when I had the opportunity.”

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The initial contact, a gentleman named Manual, seemed overly focused on getting the condo assessment done quickly, scheduling it for the day after Memorial Day. However, despite being assured I’d receive a callback afterward, I never heard back. I followed up for ten days, repeatedly asking for an update, and was consistently told he would email or call – yet nothing happened (he actually mentioned four times he’d do so). Then, after a week, I was told he hadn’t even created an estimate because he hadn’t been physically present. This was a blatant misrepresentation of their process, and frankly, quite frustrating. Worse, because of their lack of communication, I missed out on a significant holiday sale opportunity because they hadn’t provided me with an estimate in time. It seems Metro Flooring either isn’t prepared to handle customer requests effectively or is simply overwhelmed with business.

I absolutely love my new carpet – Jeremy Gonzalez and Metro Flooring really exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, Jeremy was fantastic; he was so helpful, friendly, and really listened to what I wanted. He worked hard to find me the best price, and I felt completely confident in his service. The installation team was also wonderful – professional, efficient, and they took great care of my home. Everyone at the office was consistently friendly and willing to help. Honestly, I couldn't recommend Metro Flooring and Jeremy Gonzalez enough!

I scheduled a free estimate online and quickly received a friendly call from a Metro Flooring representative to confirm my appointment between 5 and 7 pm. The salesman, Thomas, even called me while he was on the road to double-check and let me know he’d be there at 4 pm. The installation of my new luxury vinyl plank floors the next day was fantastic, and I got a great price too!”

I was incredibly disappointed with my recent consultation at Metro Flooring. The sales representative arrived nearly an hour early, and while I appreciated the communication via phone, it felt quite jarring. I’d specifically mentioned the street parking situation, and it was frustrating to see the representative park there without acknowledging that detail. Throughout the meeting, the representative’s behavior was consistently unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. Comments about other customers, and even a discussion about their own income, felt inappropriate and distracting. It was also strange when they commented on me taking my shoes off, and I found their questions about my visit to another city to be intrusive. Ultimately, the representative’s attitude completely changed my opinion of Metro Flooring. Despite their responsiveness, I found them arrogant and lacking in professionalism.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience with this company! Ray, the sales representative, was incredibly responsive – he drove out to my house within a few days of scheduling a consultation on Sunday. He was really considerate of my busy schedule and quickly got straight to the important details, helping me find the perfect floor and securing a price I was happy with. The installation team was equally impressive. They arrived on time, moved all my furniture without a problem, and completed the job quickly – around 550 square feet. I was particularly pleased that they paid attention to the small details, like going under the baseboard heaters and adding those nice transition pieces where the carpet was cut. It looks absolutely incredible! Just a small note – there was a bit of clutter and wires in the room, and I’d suggest focusing on the beautiful floor itself.

I’m incredibly frustrated with my experience with Metro Flooring, specifically regarding the ongoing repairs to my floors. Initially, the technician who came out was excellent, but after that, I was left in the dark with no communication whatsoever. Multiple times, I was told the issue was due to installation problems, yet I received no updates. Then, this morning, the general manager contacted me, demanding I remove my review in exchange for him fixing the problem – which I refused. It’s completely unacceptable to be threatened like that. Honestly, it’s been a nightmare. Sending out technicians repeatedly hasn’t solved anything. They’ve even now admitted they might not have the correct replacement material, despite the damage being in three rooms of my house! I’ve contacted Jeannie Burkett’s office multiple times over the last year, and it’s been a constant cycle of unanswered calls and unhelpful staff. It's unbelievable that it’s taken over a year to get a simple repair underway. A simple phone call with an update would have made all the difference. I’ve had to escalate this through the Better Business Bureau, and I’m still struggling to get a clear response. I won’t be pursuing any further work with Metro Flooring.
