They were really efficient; the crew of two arrived on time, got right to work, and finished the repair ahead of schedule.   Overall, I was incredibly pleased with the service I received. Bill Bollinger was fantastic – he really took the time to walk me through everything clearly and got me a great price. Then, Jose Santos and his partner were absolutely brilliant! They were so hardworking, friendly, and professional, always keeping me updated and on schedule. It was a truly smooth and easy financing process, and I’m thrilled with the results of the French drain and sump pump installation.   “I’ve been using Budget Waterproofing since 2003 for my basement waterproofing needs, including installing a sump pump. I recently had some drainage problems and they quickly came back and took care of it – they really stand by their “lifetime” guarantee. More recently, I needed some additional drainage work around my front window wells and they did a fantastic job, even being careful not to damage my flower beds.   Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Budget Waterproofing, Inc. From the very beginning, Robert, the company president, really impressed me. He took the time to thoroughly inspect my basement and patiently answered all of my questions – I didn’t even consider using another contractor after speaking with him. Brooke was also incredibly helpful, sending over a detailed proposal, scheduling the project for the same week, and setting up the payment process. The crew, led by Will and Dave, were fantastic – so professional and polite, and they took great care to protect my belongings with plastic coverings.
