  I’d strongly advise against using The Flooring Systems. Based on multiple reviews, they’re consistently accused of significantly over-estimating material needs and then refusing to honor those inflated figures. They essentially stick to their incorrect calculations and won’t offer any compensation. They installed new flooring in my 2,000 square foot office, and the quality and speed were fantastic – I was really impressed.   “We were really disappointed with our experience picking out tile for our new addition. It took an unreasonably long time for anyone to even speak to us, and when the salesman finally arrived, he seemed completely uninterested in helping us.   Overall, our experience with this company was really disappointing. The sales team was helpful and professional, but the installation of the new vinyl flooring and carpeting was a complete mess. We had a huge number of issues – we ended up having to replace the carpeting on our stairs entirely, and even after the installer came back to fix things, many of the problems remained unresolved. Frankly, the quality of the work just wasn't up to par, and we definitely won’t be using them again. report abuse
