“I’m really disappointed with the service we received. We had a brand new furnace installed in 2018, and it’s stopped working multiple times – at least 20 times, to be exact. We even paid for it to be cleaned and prepared for the winter, and one of the technicians essentially told us how to fix it ourselves. Honestly, customers shouldn’t be expected to troubleshoot their own heating system, especially when it’s so new. It’s incredibly frustrating that it’s failed so often, particularly in the first year. And to add to the problem, reaching anyone for help, especially on weekends, is impossible; they don’t answer the phone and there's no voicemail. It felt completely abandoned when we were left to deal with the issue on our own. I strongly recommend finding another service provider.”

Honestly, this felt like a step back. There were some significant communication issues and a reliance on outdated approaches that didn't quite fit with what's needed now. I wouldn’t recommend it.
