  We were really disappointed with our experience with Hallmark and Joe Wiczek. We hired him to inspect our engineered wood flooring, concerned that the advertised 1mm top layer wasn’t actually present – it was significantly thicker than advertised. After the inspection, we haven’t heard a single word from Hallmark or Mr. Wiczek. We’ve even filed complaints with the BBB and the Minnesota Attorney General’s office, but we’ve received no response whatsoever. At this point, we’re left with no choice but to pursue this through small claims court. We strongly advise anyone considering this product to proceed with extreme caution – Buyer Beware! report abuse

  “Overall, our experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. From the start, the customer service was disorganized, and we repeatedly received incorrect information about our installment dates. We specifically asked for recommendations for a durable flooring option suitable for a home with dogs and heavy traffic, and we were ultimately given an engineered pine product that quickly became damaged. Worse than that, when we tried to escalate the issue and get them to contact Hallmark to file a complaint, Joe Wiczek completely ignored our communications – our calls and emails went unanswered. After a year of trying to get their support, they simply refused to help us. It’s clear they wouldn’t be willing to address any problems that might arise.” report abuse

They kept me updated every step of the way, which I really appreciated. Honestly, I’d absolutely use their services again!   “We were really disappointed with the work done on our newly renovated house. During the installation, there was damage to the baseboards, and the installers seemed to be trying to minimize their responsibility by saying the paint was delicate. Sadly, just a couple of months later, the carpet is already starting to fray, and given its high cost, we’re concerned about its long-term quality.” report abuse
