  Jared was a fantastic member of the team. He was incredibly personable and clearly very skilled in his role. I especially appreciated how patient and thorough he was with me during the survey – he really took the time to explain everything and make sure I understood.   “I had a really frustrating experience with Festler. I scheduled an appointment on March 23rd to discuss splitting my land, but the team that arrived didn't seem to be able to answer my questions – I was still figuring out exactly what I wanted at that point. They told me my desired changes wouldn’t be possible right then. I then contacted the owner, Kevin, on Monday, explaining my uncertainty, and he said he’d review the maps and get back to me. Months went by with no contact whatsoever. Then, just a few days before September 20th, I received a call from a worker saying they were returning to finish the surveying, but I told him I was still waiting to hear from Kevin, who hadn’t responded in months. Ultimately, Kevin called me back on September 20th, and we talked for about half an hour. Honestly, I’d given up hope of him completing the job. He didn’t finish the survey, wasn’t able to offer any recommendations, and then he blamed me for not checking in on him and insisted I pay the full price. It felt completely unfair, especially since he hadn’t followed up for so long. I ended up going with a different solution for the land, and I was left with a huge bill for a service that wasn’t provided.” report abuse
