  Overall, the service was pretty good. The technicians were really friendly and took the time to explain everything they were doing, which we appreciated. However, the communication could have been smoother – there were a few times when we weren’t notified about their visits in advance, or we received incorrect timing updates through the messaging system. Despite that, the installation itself went really well, and they managed to replace and get our entire system up and running within about a week. We were particularly grateful that they were willing to stay late to ensure it was working properly. report abuse

  I’ve been a satisfied Air Master customer for years, but my recent experience on April 28th was really disappointing. I have a maintenance agreement that includes check-ups, and when the technician discovered I needed some Freon added to my AC unit, he quoted a price of $75 to $85 per pound with a 15% discount due to my agreement. However, after he explained the cost, I was told by the office that I shouldn't be charged unless more than a pound was needed. When I brought this up with the clerk, she said a policy change two years ago meant I would be charged regardless. It would have been much better if she had simply explained the update. I felt completely blindsided and unprepared for an unexpected charge of $75-85. As a long-time customer, I’m honestly feeling betrayed and I’m seriously considering looking for another HVAC company – I’ve lost a lot of trust in Air Master. report abuse

  “It seemed like he took care of all the checks and cleaning. Unfortunately, I wasn’t up in the attic to verify everything was done there. I was really impressed that he fixed the filter size issue digitally – they used to just cut them and use duct tape, which is a huge improvement. Jorge is also dropping off the correct size filters, which will make future filter changes much easier.” report abuse

  “He really went above and beyond – he worked tirelessly through the night to get the situation resolved. The long drive, especially on such a hot day, didn’t slow him down. He quickly pinpointed the issue and efficiently fixed it, and importantly, he took the time to double-check everything to ensure it was truly resolved.
