I was really disappointed with the work done on my fence. They built it, but the staining was completely wrong – a shockingly bright color that clashes terribly with the rest of the fence. I even offered to pay to have it corrected, but they refused. It’s incredibly frustrating that they didn’t test a small section beforehand, and even more concerning that they haven’t returned to address the obvious issues. Chuck, specifically, wasn’t forthcoming and hasn’t followed up on the poor quality of their work.
