“We had a really unsettling experience with this driver. They nearly sideswiped our vehicle on the interstate and then pulled over completely blocking two lanes of traffic – it just didn't seem to make any sense at all.”
-
“Thanks for letting us use your lot – we met a guy looking to sell a car.”
-
“This company’s handling of the student housing development near USU was incredibly disappointing. Tenants were repeatedly misled about move-in dates, and they’ve been unresponsive regarding the return of deposits. It seems like a serious lack of communication and respect for their renters.”
-
“I called to get an estimate for preparing the land for a metal building, but the initial response was really concerning. They immediately focused on the distance and expressed worry about the cost of travel, which felt dismissive of my project. Ultimately, I decided to end the conversation and pursue other options.”
-
“Honestly, I was really disappointed with their service today. They’ve repeatedly disrupted our internet connection – it’s now the fourth time – and they also seemed to be disregarding safety protocols when working on the street with heavy equipment. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend using this company.”

Honestly, this was a really disappointing experience. The facility itself felt like a joke, and the staff were consistently rude. To make matters worse, drivers clearly disregarded the safety of our property, running over signs and even damaging our gates and shop. When we brought these issues to their attention, they refused to take responsibility or offer any repairs. We’ve lost all confidence in this company and absolutely won’t be using their services again – I would strongly advise anyone considering them to look for an alternative.”
-
“This was an incredibly frightening and upsetting experience. The driver’s attempt to force us off the road with my children in the car was completely unacceptable and alarming. Adding to the distress, my husband was asked to leave when he tried to report the incident because they cited his status as a legal carrier. While I understand their concern for safety, the driver’s aggressive behavior cannot be excused.”
-
“Living near the Kanis Road widening project has been incredibly frustrating. It feels like the contractors aren’t taking safety seriously – they’ve repeatedly disregarded OSHA regulations, and it’s created a really concerning situation for residents and workers in the area.”
-
“I’m incredibly frustrated with my experience. While driving a company truck on Dixon Road – which had some pretty bad potholes – a rock was kicked up and cracked my windshield. When I contacted the company to report it, they weren’t sympathetic at all. They essentially told me it was my fault and that they wouldn’t cover the damage, leaving me to pay for a brand new windshield just two months after I bought the car. It’s completely unacceptable and I’m really disappointed with how this was handled.”
-
“I was extremely disappointed with the contractors’ behavior. They seemed to disregard our facility’s policies and procedures entirely, displaying a dismissive and frankly rude attitude. It felt as though they were operating with a sense of entitlement and weren’t respecting established protocols.”
