  Working with Triumph Modular was a truly excellent experience. From the initial consultation to the final delivery, their team, particularly Shari our sales representative, was fantastic. Shari was incredibly helpful, always responsive, and clearly very knowledgeable about their products. We were looking for a modular trailer to house our DPW staff during a long-term facility build, and Shari really went the extra mile, patiently walking us through all the different options and helping us navigate our budget. The double-wide trailer they provided – comfortably accommodating 7 office staff, with two bathrooms and a kitchen/breakroom for 10 people – was precisely what we needed.   “I had a really frustrating experience with Triumph Modular. They were driving a modular through Boston and unfortunately hit my car. The driver didn’t even bother to stop or leave a note, but thankfully a passerby took pictures and identified it as a Triumph Modular truck. When I called them, they insisted they didn’t have a driver in that area, which was completely unbelievable. I had to contact the police, who confirmed they’d seen the truck and that the oversized load wasn't appropriate for city streets, especially during the day. To add insult to injury, they offered absolutely no assistance once I explained it was one of their trucks. It was incredibly unprofessional and left me feeling completely unsupported.” report abuse
