  “I had a really positive experience with this team – from the initial booking all the way through to the job itself. The guys were fantastic, knowledgeable, and really polite and professional. They did a thorough job, and I’d definitely hire them again. My only suggestion would be for Spaulding to be a bit more upfront about the specific grade of equipment they’d be installing. I wasn’t super clear about wanting protection against power surges initially, and they quoted me on a very basic surge protector – which is perfectly fine, but it would have been great to have a discussion about the different levels of protection available to ensure my house was properly safeguarded.” report abuse

  I was a little hesitant to go with Spaulding Electric at first, knowing their prices were a bit higher than some of the other electricians I’d looked at. But honestly, it was the best decision I made. From the very beginning, their service was outstanding. They took the time to really talk through my needs with a helpful phone call, and then kept me updated with photos via text – it made the whole process so much smoother. The technicians were incredibly skilled and professional, and they even suggested a better, more attractive way to install my new microwave hood circuit. It’s clear they really care about providing quality service, and I’ll definitely be using them for any future electrical work.
