  “I had a really disappointing experience with this company. They installed the luxury plank flooring, but unfortunately, they botched the subfloor preparation – there were a huge number of soft spots after they tried to level it themselves. It caused a lot of problems and honestly, the whole process was a complete headache. I wouldn’t recommend them at all; there are definitely better options out there for LPV work.” report abuse
