He really went above and beyond, treating my home project like it was his own. He kept me constantly informed about the progress and never pressured me into anything I wasn’t comfortable with. He offered helpful suggestions and openly shared his concerns, and thankfully, he stayed within my budget while maintaining a really positive attitude, which is so important when you’re having work done in your home. They even offered some extra services when they were delayed for my initial appointment – a really thoughtful touch.   “Home Renew 360 completely transformed our house, and we couldn’t be happier with the result! It was a massive project – we really went through a full overhaul, including a new roof, new flooring, windows, HVAC, and completely remodeling both bathrooms, plus updates like recessed lighting and exterior wood. Erik, Ron, and their team really delivered on their promise to bring the house back to life. They were fantastic to work with, offering helpful recommendations throughout the process, especially since it was our first time tackling something like this. Importantly, they always listened to our preferences and only suggested what we wanted. Communication was excellent – we always knew what was happening and received regular updates with photos. They handled everything from the initial demo to the final touches, including electrical work, flooring, plumbing, plastering, painting, and even replacing our old shower with a fully accessible, floor-level tile unit. Josue was incredibly helpful and patient, answering all of my questions throughout the entire process.   “From the start, we were dealing with a really frustrating situation – we’d been bounced around by multiple roofers, each either unwilling to inspect our damaged roof or just offering quotes without actually looking at the problem. It was incredibly stressful. HomeRenew was a breath of fresh air; Kobi was the first to actually agree to send someone out. Jon Rafuse was our project lead, and he was fantastic. He was incredibly thorough and transparent, taking the time to explain exactly what was wrong with our roof and how they planned to fix it. He didn’t try to upsell us, but instead clearly outlined the work and why each step was necessary. We really appreciated that he even showed us the good parts of our roof alongside the issues needing repair. The whole job moved incredibly quickly – they completed the work in just one day, starting on Thursday and finishing with the final inspection on Friday. We were so impressed with the timeline, especially considering it was during the holiday season. Jon kept us fully informed every step of the way, sending detailed emails with photos and videos to help us communicate with our insurance company. Ultimately, while the cost of the repairs – around $11,000 – was higher than we initially anticipated, we felt confident in HomeRenew’s professionalism and expertise. They were honest about the extent of the damage and helped us make the right decision for our home. We’d definitely recommend them and plan to use their services again in the future.” report abuse

  “We were so pleased with the work Home Renew 360 did on our roof after the recent windstorm. Seeing our neighbors’ new roof – it looked fantastic! The crew was really professional and careful, and they left our home spotless. While the price was a little higher than we expected, it was definitely worth it. Chaim, our project manager, was a fantastic guy. He was incredibly friendly, explained everything clearly, and patiently answered all of our questions without any pressure. We had a couple of minor hiccups with rescheduling due to the weather and solar removal, but Chaim handled it all with such patience and understanding.
