  Honestly, our experience with Julian Design was incredibly frustrating. We purchased a rug that just didn't meet our expectations, and contacted Julie to discuss a return. She agreed, suggesting we’d handle it when we returned from a trip. However, after weeks of unanswered calls, texts, and emails – we never received a single response. We were left stuck with a $500 rug and, ultimately, had to give it to our child. We were really disappointed with the complete lack of communication and service, especially since Julie was recommended by a friend. We’d definitely advise caution if you’re considering using Julian Design. report abuse
