“We were incredibly frustrated with this plumbing service. We called them about a leak in our basement, which we’d already had pumped by a different company in May. Despite that plumber confirming it wasn’t a septic tank problem, the first plumber simply came out and declared it was our septic tank issue before leaving. We contacted our original septic tank guy again, who repeated that the problem wasn't the tank. Ultimately, a completely different plumber diagnosed the issue as a clogged pipe. It was completely unacceptable that they didn’t even investigate the pipes themselves, and we ended up spending extra money to fix a problem that wasn’t even the septic tank.”

“The company initially presented themselves as a Lennox dealer and completed some warranty work on our furnace. However, after receiving a bill, they informed us that they actually don’t handle warranty service for Lennox units.”
