  “We had a really tough time when a tree fell on our house during a rainy weekend, and we were scrambling to find someone to help. Mike and his team were fantastic – they showed up on Sunday and quickly patched the hole until we could get the full roof replacement sorted out, which was a huge relief, especially while we were dealing with our insurance. We really appreciated how easy the whole process was, from getting the new roof installed to working with the insurance company. Mike even brought over samples of the shingles we liked and gave us addresses of previous jobs where he’d used them. We added a copper accent detail that was custom-made on site, and it turned out absolutely beautifully – we’ve gotten so many compliments on it! The guys working for Mike were always professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. It’s been about two years now, and we’ve since added an addition to the house and solar panels, but our roof has remained perfect – we’ve had no problems whatsoever.” report abuse

  Honestly, I was really disappointed with this company. They made it sound like they were experienced and reliable, boasting about all the roofs they’d completed, but the reality was a complete letdown. The crew never showed up as promised, and six guys just rolled up and started demolition without any communication. They spent the entire time eating, napping, and on their phones, and the fact that none of them spoke English was a major issue. While they did eventually get the job done quickly – installing the plywood, vents, and shingles by 5:30 – the quality was terrible. There were sloppy cuts, a completely missed drip edge (which we’d specifically discussed), and one of the workers even stole something from my yard without so much as an apology. The owner, Mike, never appeared or contacted me. It felt incredibly unprofessional and I definitely got a rushed and poorly executed job. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to steer clear – it’s a complete “buyer beware” situation. report abuse

  Honestly, the workers themselves were fantastic, but the salesperson we dealt with made the whole experience really disappointing. He made a lot of promises he couldn’t keep, and I wouldn’t recommend this company based on that. report abuse
