  Overall, the entry process felt a little chaotic. People were directing themselves to side booths instead of the main doors, and it involved a bit of a roundabout – paying at one booth, getting a ticket, changing in a locker room, and then returning to another booth to hand in the ticket. The staff seemed a little unsure and weren’t particularly helpful when we had a quick question. report abuse

  It was a fantastic day out – the pool was really great for everyone, and the lifeguards were excellent. The whole area was kept very clean, making it a perfect spot for a family day trip. report abuse

  Overall, it was a really pleasant experience – the staff were friendly and helpful, and everything ran smoothly. The only slightly odd thing was the rule about white swimwear for the kids, but that wasn’t a major problem. Just a small note: the water had a noticeable salty taste. report abuse
