  I couldn’t be happier with the work J&C Retrofit Construction did on my home. From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly smooth and professional. They handled everything – the initial inspection, the bid, the actual work, and even getting the permits – with such ease. Juan, Iris, and Jesse were fantastic; they were so knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant to work with.   Overall, we were really pleased with JC Retrofit. We chose them after getting our California grant approved and they were a reliable company with a competitive price. They took care of almost everything – even helped us with all the paperwork to get the grant money – so we just had to cover the remaining balance. It was a very positive experience. report abuse

  J&C Retrofit were fantastic – truly the only company out of the four I contacted who understood the situation and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary work. Our raised floor was incredibly unstable, and it was honestly terrifying to realize our entire living room was only supported by one post that was practically falling off its base! It was a serious safety concern. The other companies quoted us huge sums of money for extensive repairs involving beams and multiple posts – completely overkill. Juan at J&C got right to the point and recommended just a couple of support posts and one beam, which was exactly what we needed. He was professional, punctual – he arrived Saturday morning as promised – and the job itself was completed quickly and efficiently in just two hours for $2500. Now our living room is solid and we don't have to worry about it shaking when we're cheering on the Lakers! I really appreciate their honest assessment and the fantastic service. report abuse
