  Overall, I was really pleased with my experience with Cerca. The Sela model was exactly what I needed, arrived quickly and perfectly, and has completely transformed my home office.   Honestly, my experience with Cerca Homes has been a nightmare. It took nearly two years to get a basic door for my office, and it was a ridiculously complicated process. They initially missed a significant delivery window, sent me a door without tinted windows – despite my specific request – and then admitted it was manufactured in China, which was a complete surprise. To add insult to injury, the door arrived without locks, forcing us to hire a locksmith. After receiving a replacement door with the tinted windows I wanted, the problems continued. It turned out to be narrower than the original, requiring extensive and costly repairs to the floor and drywall. And then, half the windows stopped working! Throughout this entire ordeal, communication with Cerca Homes has been incredibly frustrating. Ohad and Tomas, the people I dealt with, seemed completely uninterested in resolving my issues. Adding to the frustration, everything was shipped from China, causing massive delays – even during Chinese New Year – and they sent me a manual in Chinese that didn’t match my door. What’s truly concerning is the contract they made me sign, which stipulates that I’m responsible for their legal fees if I ever need to pursue legal action, and that we have to go through mediation before we even start the project. It feels like they’re deliberately trying to make things difficult. I’m left feeling like they’re aware of the problems with their products and just trying to protect themselves. I desperately need this situation resolved properly, not kicked down the road for another year. report abuse

  Overall, my experience purchasing the shed was fantastic – the team was incredibly professional and responsive from the initial order through to the delivery date. I’d definitely give them 5 stars for that part of the process. However, things took a turn after the shed was delivered. It’s been frustrating because the team assigned to assess the damage hasn’t been available, repeatedly canceling visits and offering no real solutions. They’re not accepting photos of the damage, insisting their team needs to see it in person, which just feels like they’ve lost interest once the sale is complete. It's a real shame because I was so excited about getting the shed, but the after-delivery service has been extremely disappointing. report abuse
