  Honestly, my experience with Cerca Homes has been a nightmare. It took over a year and a half to finally receive my door, and it was a consistently frustrating process. They initially missed a delivery window, sent me a door without tinted windows – despite my request – and then revealed that everything was made in China, which was completely unexpected. To make matters worse, the door didn't even have locks, forcing us to hire a locksmith. Six months later, they finally sent a door with the tinted windows I wanted, but it was narrower than the original, requiring extensive and costly repairs to my office. And then, half the windows stopped working! Adding to the frustration, communication with Cerca Homes was incredibly difficult. Both Ohad and Tomas seemed completely disengaged and dismissive of my concerns. The whole situation felt like they were deliberately avoiding responsibility, especially considering the constant delays caused by sourcing everything from China. They even sent me a manual in Chinese that didn’t match my door! And to top it all off, the contract includes a clause forcing me to cover their legal fees and requiring mediation before any legal action – it felt like they were anticipating problems and building in protections. I'm left feeling like my issues haven’t been taken seriously at all, and frankly, the whole experience has been a huge disappointment. report abuse

  Overall, the experience with ordering my shed has been really positive up until now. I’ve been incredibly impressed with the professionalism and communication from the team during the ordering process – they responded quickly to all my questions and kept me fully informed every step of the way. I’d definitely give them 5 stars for that part of the experience. However, things have unfortunately fallen through after delivery. It’s been frustrating that the team hasn’t yet addressed the damage to the shed. I’ve been waiting since March for someone to assess the damage, and I’m receiving conflicting information about when a team member will be available to come out. They’re not accepting photos of the damage and it feels like my concerns aren't being taken seriously. I’m disappointed with the lack of follow-up after the delivery. report abuse
