“I’m incredibly frustrated with Elevation Construction. They obtained a contractor license bond after disappearing with my money – they admitted as much – and now I’m stuck dealing with the fallout. My claim adjuster, Ciera Clemons, hasn’t actually done anything to move my case forward; she’s just been reading quotes from a notebook. Six months have passed, and she keeps saying the investigation is ‘early.’ It’s unbelievable how much this process is being stalled by bureaucracy.”
