I’m incredibly frustrated with Elevation Construction and, frankly, the handling of my claim. They took my full payment with the expectation of completing the building project, an admission they made themselves. Despite this, my claim adjuster, Ciera Clemons, has essentially done nothing for the past six months – she’s just been looking at quotes she’s written down. She keeps telling me the investigation is ongoing, but it’s been six months and I’m really concerned about the lack of progress and the apparent bureaucracy involved.
-
Overall, this was a really positive experience. The service was friendly and helpful, and the product itself seemed like great value for the price.
-
This was a deeply disappointing experience. It’s clear there was a significant attempt to deceive, and I’m left with a strong feeling of being exploited.

“That’s my insurance company.”
