  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. The quality of the materials was subpar, and when I had a claim regarding the flooring, the company didn't handle it properly. My attempts to resolve the issue were met with rude and unhelpful responses from Erica and Richard. To add to the frustration, they repeatedly failed to deliver the materials on the promised dates, wasting my crew’s time and causing significant delays.
