  “I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Complete Home Solutions. We discovered a major issue with the original vapor barrier in our crawlspace last summer, and they stepped in to completely fix it. They tackled everything – adding drainage, removing the old insulation, installing a really robust vapor barrier that was meticulously taped and sealed, and then spray foam insulation and ledger boards. They even kept my old dehumidifier and set up a new one. What really impressed me was their responsiveness; they’d check in with me like a good builder would during a punch-out, and they fixed anything I wasn’t happy with right then and there. They were incredibly professional and courteous throughout the whole process, and I felt completely confident in their work. My crawlspace humidity is now consistently at 54% thanks to the system, and my air handler seems to be thanking me! Honestly, if you’re thinking about your crawlspace – especially if you're building – I highly recommend getting one done first.   I was really pleased with CHS’s work on insulating my attic and crawl space, including the mold cleanup and encapsulation. They were incredibly professional and efficient – the team arrived on time, took great care to protect my belongings, and cleaned up thoroughly after each step.   Complete Home Solutions was a really frustrating experience. I hired them for regular HVAC maintenance, but they never actually showed up for my scheduled bi-annual visits. When I contacted them about it, they claimed the warranty had expired and demanded I pay for a technician to come out. I did that, and then, shockingly, the technician himself made a mistake – he completely missed a leaking condensate pump. I ended up having to pay again to get him to fix the problem. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this company at all. report abuse
