From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was fantastic – incredibly professional, reliable, and really respectful of our office space. They kept to the agreed-upon schedule perfectly, arriving on time every day, and despite the wiring and drilling involved, they worked with a quiet efficiency and were very considerate of our team’s schedules. Our main contact, Moe, was fantastic too, always keeping us informed and his communication was clear and proactive. Honestly, they went above and beyond – cleaning up after themselves, patching and painting any holes, and ensuring everything was installed neatly and discreetly.   Honestly, the customer service here has been really disappointing. They’ve been consistently difficult to get a quote from, and it feels like they’re just offering excuses instead of actually providing the information I need. report abuse

  Overall, the experience was really pleasant. Booking the fingerprinting appointment was a breeze, and it went incredibly smoothly – it was surprisingly quick! Just a heads-up that they only accept cash payments, which they let me know upfront. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming, even to my little toddler, which was a nice bonus. report abuse
