  Overall, my experience renting a power washer from Arapahoe was really positive. I had a bit of trouble getting it started when I got home, which I realized was mostly due to user error. Thankfully, the company responded incredibly quickly – I received a message within about 10 minutes, and the representative walked me through the issue until I was able to get it working perfectly. I’ve always been pleased with the equipment and the service at Arapahoe, and I’ll definitely continue renting from them. report abuse

  I was so impressed with my experience at the Loveland Grand Rental Station. The team was incredibly honest and dedicated to providing excellent customer service – truly going above and beyond. I left a small amount of cash in the truck, and they immediately notified me that it was safely secured. It’s clear they take responsibility and prioritize customer trust, which could have easily gone unnoticed, and I wholeheartedly recommend them and their services. report abuse

  “I was so impressed with this rental company! I needed 20 chairs for my daughter’s graduation party on very short notice, and they really went above and beyond to help me out. Initially, they said they didn’t have any available, but they took the time to check and miraculously found a solution. Not only did they get the chairs, but they did it at a fantastic price of just $50! Their service was truly exceptional, and I’d definitely use them again for any event needs.” report abuse

  “I appreciate you acknowledging the situation, but honestly, the way this was handled was completely unacceptable. Regardless of whether an employee is involved or not, your response was shockingly absent. You only listened to one perspective and failed to fully investigate, ignoring several key details. This theft happened on your property, and frankly, as the owner, I would have immediately reached out to the victim to offer support and explore options like filing an insurance claim. Two weeks after I contacted True Value to express my concerns is simply too late. The fact that the truck was locked back up after the theft is concerning in itself. To hear that your manager had warmed the vehicle before discovering the theft is a really troubling detail that wasn't addressed. Because of this lack of responsiveness and the way this was handled, I won’t be doing business with your company again.” report abuse

  Arapahoe Rental was convenient, but I learned a valuable lesson about trusting the experts. We had a beautiful crab-apple tree damaged by snow, and needed to get the stump removed. The staff at Arapahoe Rental quickly assessed the size and recommended the bigger stump grinder, but I thought the smaller one would do the job. It took longer than I anticipated, and I ended up paying a little extra for the late return. Looking back, I should have listened to their advice – they clearly knew what they were doing, and the larger unit would have gotten the job done much faster. report abuse

  I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Josh and Jed at the Loveland location. They were so incredibly helpful guiding me through the process of choosing a drain auger, and I really appreciated their kindness – especially knowing my husband is a regular customer there.
