  “We really encountered some communication challenges throughout this project, and unfortunately, they had some significant consequences. I specifically remember one instance where we were asked for color choices late on a Friday evening, with a deadline for the following morning – it was a really stressful situation. Looking back four years later, the tile in our master bathroom has completely shifted and cracked, and now it’s also cracking in the mudroom. Thankfully, my husband installed the wood floors. We reached out to the owner to get his input and some new recommendations, but we haven’t received a response yet, which, to be honest, was pretty much what we anticipated.” report abuse
