  “I’m incredibly frustrated with Hugo. I originally purchased a survey with them back in 2015, and now I’m refinancing my house and need the original survey with its seal. I contacted them expecting a straightforward request to reprint it, and I was shocked to learn they won’t do this. They’re demanding I pay for a completely new survey, citing liability concerns – which seems like a ridiculous tactic to me. It feels like they’re just holding onto the old survey and charging a hefty fee instead. Honestly, it’s a really disappointing and frustrating experience, and I’m giving them one star.” report abuse

  “I noticed someone working on my property the other day, and while I appreciate them trying to establish the property line, I did have some concerns. They were digging near the fence, and I pointed out that it shouldn’t be that far over onto the neighbor’s land – it’s usually right along the fence itself. I was just a little surprised they didn’t let me know they were going to dig there, and I think it’s important they coordinate those kinds of projects rather than just starting work without notifying the property owner. It’s also worth noting that my yard has a bit of a dead spot due to previous digging, so clear communication is really key.” report abuse
