  “We were absolutely thrilled with the service we received – especially thanks to Taylor. We had some hail damage from April 2023, and we ran into a bit of a snag with our insurance company which delayed getting our solar panels temporarily removed for the roof repairs. But Taylor really stepped up as a project manager and, once the insurance issues were sorted, he got our roof replaced incredibly quickly. The whole team was fantastic too – they were so careful cleaning up all the mess and made sure to pick up every single nail. They were also really considerate of me and my anxious dog, Minnie, who wasn’t comfortable in the backyard with them, so I took her for several walks while they were there. They were always mindful of keeping us safe. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for better service – they were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond.   “I wanted to share my positive experience with Art Barrett and Marti Walker. Marti was fantastic – incredibly patient, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process, which took her over 60 days to work with me. I really appreciated her taking the time to answer all my questions and concerns. I also did my research and spoke with several other homeowners who had used Griffins for their roof replacements, and 99% of them were extremely happy and would wholeheartedly recommend them. The crew, led by Benny, Juan, and their team, were also outstanding. They were incredibly careful, covering all my plants and laying tarps to protect against debris, and the cleanup afterward was exceptional. It’s clear Griffins truly cares about its customers and is committed to doing a great job.
