  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company’s service. We waited over a month for a property survey, only to find they’d surveyed the wrong lot. Now they’re trying to bill us for that incorrect job, despite the fact that we provided them with the accurate address from the start. They’ve completely ignored our concerns and are blaming us for the mistake. It’s been a frustrating and argumentative experience, and frankly, their business practices are unacceptable.   I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with John and Abacus Surveyors. The initial survey I received had the wrong address, and when I brought this to his attention, he refused to correct it. I had paid for a professional service and was met with rudeness and a complete lack of concern.   “I was incredibly frustrated with this service. They caused a significant amount of damage – breaking my sprinkler and damaging my cable and phone lines – and, shockingly, this happened while surveying a neighboring property.
