“I’m incredibly disappointed with this surveying company. They didn’t even measure the corners of our property or its width, which is completely unacceptable. Because of this, I strongly advise against using them. Actually, I’d recommend going with Statewide Survey PLLC instead – they were professional and provided accurate services for a much fairer price of $1,000. To avoid issues like this, I’d really suggest getting quotes from multiple surveyors, ideally from different counties, and comparing bids carefully.”

I can’t recommend these people at all. My experience was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. They completely lacked communication, constantly pushing back deadlines – we were told the drawings would be finished the week after the week after, and it kept getting pushed back for seven weeks! It took a total of nine weeks to simply produce drawings for a change of use on our business. Worse, when we told others about them, they reacted with obvious skepticism, which really highlighted how unreliable and ultimately a waste of both time and money they are.
