  “We had a persistent leak for a couple of years, and unfortunately, two different roofers were unable to properly fix it. We were hesitant to move forward, but the sales person from Superior was really helpful and explained the situation clearly, including why they recommended removing a portion of the existing roof. We initially felt the estimate was a bit high, but ultimately decided to go ahead with the work. I’m pleased to say the team was excellent – they were efficient, cleaned up thoroughly, and completed the job in a single day. It’s been two years now, and incredibly, the roof hasn't leaked! The quote arrived within 48 hours, and the crew completed the job in just over a week after they paid their deposit.   Overall, we were really pleased with the work Aaron and his team did on our roof. They were incredibly efficient, completing the entire removal and replacement in just under 10 hours – a huge relief! The gutter installation took a bit longer, and we did encounter a few leaking corners, but Jason quickly stepped in and took care of everything. The only downside was that the company didn’t stick to the offer of 10% off the gutter replacement that was advertised in their recent flyer. report abuse

  Colin and his team were fantastic! He personally came out in May and gave me a really fair price for fixing my gutters – they quickly addressed the three most problematic ones, and the installation went exactly as scheduled. Everyone is so meticulous and professional, and the gutters they installed matched perfectly. They even made a few minor updates as planned a week later. I was so impressed with their quality and service that I’ve already asked for an estimate to replace my other gutters – even though they weren’t broken – to match the existing ones.   Colin and his team did an absolutely fantastic job – we couldn’t be happier with the new gutters and garage door openers they installed. They were incredibly meticulous and took such care with the work. Colin’s expertise was really valuable; he helped us make the best decisions for our needs.
