Overall, I had a really good experience renting from this place. Maki was fantastic and very helpful. I was renting a bobcat to grade some land, but unfortunately, the ground was really soggy due to a high water table, and I got stuck in the mud pretty quickly. It took me the entire day to get it out myself, but Greg was super understanding and let me keep the bobcat for another day to finish the job. My only feedback would be that they could be a bit clearer about whether a trailer is included with the rental – I mistakenly assumed it was and had to pay for delivery. It was an oversight on my part too, I should have just asked, but it’s something they could make more prominent on their website. I'd definitely recommend them – 5 stars!

I had a really frustrating experience renting a vacuum from this place about six years ago. I returned it on a Saturday afternoon, but they charged me an extra fee because they’d closed early by just ten minutes. What really upset me was the employee at the counter who argued with me, insisting the place was still open when it clearly wasn't. He was completely adamant, despite having three witnesses who confirmed they’d closed early. I won’t be returning and I definitely won’t recommend this place based on the terrible customer service I received.
