  I’ve really enjoyed living at Rogers Way Apartments for the past year. It’s a fantastic place – very quiet, well-maintained, and there’s plenty of outdoor space to relax in. I especially want to commend the office staff, particularly Erika, who is always so helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns I’ve had. report abuse

  “We’re absolutely thrilled to be working with Benjamin Builders again! Twenty-four years ago, they built our first home, and we can’t recommend them enough. We were so new to the whole process back then – just 26 years old and completely overwhelmed – but the Lordens were fantastic. They patiently guided us through everything, helping us make all the right decisions. We absolutely love our home and that’s why, without a second thought, we immediately reached out to them for our new project.   “I had a really frustrating experience trying to view an apartment listed on Craigslist in Leominster. I spoke with Erika and she confirmed I could see it the following day, giving me a specific time and asking me to call if I couldn’t make it due to the high number of no-shows. I was on my way when I never received a confirmation call as promised. When I finally called to confirm, I was put on hold for a long time and then the secretary was incredibly dismissive and told me to just reschedule – without any apology or consideration for my time. It was completely unacceptable and showed a serious lack of respect. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time with this property.” report abuse

  This place has a really concerning attitude towards its tenants. The management seems consistently disrespectful, often talking down to people and refusing to take responsibility for their actions. It’s clear there’s a passive-aggressive dynamic throughout the entire leadership team, and frankly, it’s a pretty unpleasant experience – renters should definitely proceed with caution. report abuse

  Honestly, I had a really bad experience with them. They cancelled my appointment at the last minute while I was already on my way to my apartment, which was incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. I would definitely advise against using their services. report abuse
