  “Honestly, if you’re not familiar with construction projects, you need to be really cautious when working with this company. We got several quotes, and they were by far the most expensive. It’s also crucial to read the Terms and Conditions very carefully – they have a pretty hefty cancellation fee of 35% if you cancel within three business days of signing.” report abuse

  I’m incredibly frustrated with the ongoing parking situation during the apartment remodeling. I’ve repeatedly contacted management and their main office, requesting they stop parking in the handicapped spaces, but it’s been a constant battle. They’d temporarily resolve the issue and then immediately return to it – it felt incredibly unprofessional. Honestly, I’m hoping they lose their contract here; there are three families in this building who genuinely rely on those spaces, and I’ve even contacted the city with photographic evidence. report abuse
