“The technician arrived the same day we called, which was great. Unfortunately, our water heater kept malfunctioning and needing to be reset. We were able to figure out it was a problem with the vapor sensor – thankfully we found some helpful information on YouTube. However, it took two separate visits for the technicians to actually replace the sensor, and the final bill was a bit surprising at $547.95.”

“I’ve had a really positive experience with Monona Plumbing & Fire Protection. They were both incredibly responsive and clearly knew what they were doing when they came to take care of our plumbing issues – we used them twice now. They did a great job servicing our tankless water heater the first time, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.”

Rick and his team did a fantastic job – they really took care of everything from start to finish. They identified a really smart solution moving the new sewer line, positioning it against the outside wall instead of running it under the basement floor, which was a huge relief.
