From start to finish, every single person I’ve interacted with – the project managers, the workers – were professional, friendly, and genuinely knowledgeable. The workmanship is outstanding; their team is incredibly skilled and efficient, and the quality of their work is absolutely flawless. What truly sets them apart is their ability to tackle even the most challenging projects. My house presents some unique difficulties, and they’ve consistently found clever solutions to overcome every obstacle. They’ve handled everything from multiple roof replacements (shingled and flat), complete bathroom renovations, remodeling bedrooms and kitchens, adding slate tile, and even transforming my garage into a seamless extension of the house.   “My husband and I recently renovated our home and were so pleased with A-Team Construction. We were looking for a contractor to help us make some improvements, and after a frustrating experience with another company, we found A-Team through online reviews. From the very beginning, Nicole was fantastic – professional, friendly, and quickly arranged for Cory to come and discuss our plans. Cory was a real gem! He was incredibly helpful, really listened to our ideas, and even offered valuable feedback to ensure our vision was achievable. He was so patient, especially considering my husband’s busy schedule, and he even helped us visualize the finished project with painter’s tape. We really appreciated their flexibility and the way they kept us informed throughout the entire process. Tommy, the Vice President, was particularly outstanding – he consistently kept us updated and made sure we were completely satisfied. It’s rare to find a company where the VP is so invested in their customers’ happiness, and he even provided his direct contact information.   “We were so pleased with ATeam – they really delivered! We needed a small gutter installation done quickly before the rain started, and thankfully, Lucas was fantastic. He was able to get out to our house for an estimate within a week, which was amazing since we both work during the day, and he didn’t even require us to be home. He even gave us his cell number so we could easily reach him with any questions. Lucas did a really thorough job, providing us with a detailed estimate that included photos of our house marked with the proposed installation locations, and he offered us three different options with clear pricing and his professional recommendation. It was such a relief to find a company that was so responsive and knowledgeable. Compared to the other companies we contacted, ATeam was by far the most efficient and offered the best price.   “We absolutely loved working with A-Team Construction! From the very first meeting with Aaron, through the entire kitchen remodel, they were fantastic. Kelly, our designer, was incredible – she really took the time to understand our vision and how we use our kitchen with our family. She designed a beautiful, open space that’s perfect for us, and it’s honestly a showstopper when we have guests over. Throughout the whole project, our on-site supervisor kept us updated daily, and they were so considerate, even cleaning up after themselves while we were still living in the space.   I hired A-Team Construction to repair significant damage to my roof after a tree fell, and overall, the experience was incredibly frustrating and ultimately didn’t meet my expectations. Initially, they were very helpful, and I gave them a deposit in June 2014, expecting the work to be completed within a couple of weeks. However, things quickly fell apart. After three weeks with no updates, I learned my job had been overlooked and was sitting in a very long queue. Despite repeated assurances that the work was being prioritized due to larger projects, it took over 15 weeks and dozens of calls just to get them to start. While Tommy, the Vice President, was consistently professional and sympathetic, the constant repetition of the same excuse – that they were waiting for a crew – felt like a deliberate delay. Ultimately, the work was completed by a subcontractor, “The Gardner Company,” who actually did the majority of the repairs. The quality of their work was good, and my roof looks as it did before the damage. However, there were issues: they mistakenly changed the size of my downspouts, which I specifically requested they not alter, and A-Team eventually had to correct this. What was most concerning was the lack of communication and the aggressive final bill. A-Team, through Tommy, tried to avoid offering any compensation, even a small discount, and then threatened a lien against my property, adding an unnecessary and intimidating element to the process. I spent far more time dealing with phone calls and delays than it actually took to complete the job, and I feel A-Team failed to deliver on their commitment and didn't value my time or my business. report abuse

  “I was really pleased with the work A-Team did. We had a settled wood floor that unfortunately damaged our sliding door, and they completely resolved the issue. They expertly removed the old floor, reinforced the support, meticulously rebuilt the floor, and even repaired the siding around the door. Throughout the whole process, they were incredibly responsive and kept to their timeline perfectly.
