  Honestly, I’m incredibly disappointed with the work this crew did on my front steps and patio. While the steps themselves look fantastic, the patio is a major issue – the pavers are still loose and shifting even after they’ve come back twice to fix it. Worse, they damaged the cement foundation during the process. They built a foundation for the steps that was completely over-poured and unfinished, creating a rough, messy landing. To add to the problems, they unilaterally decided to reduce the number of steps, claiming it was a code requirement – something they hadn’t discussed with me. And despite agreeing to smooth out the landing, which was also covered in debris from the demolition, they didn’t do it. One of the workers even filled the post holes with cement, where I intended to install railings. The whole experience was incredibly unprofessional; the crew seemed unfocused and disorganized, and I was pressured to pay a mason directly instead of the foreman. I’ve been waiting for three weeks for them to address these issues, and it feels like they’re just avoiding the problem. I strongly advise anyone considering hiring them to insist on a final inspection before making full payment. report abuse

  Lermon did an absolutely fantastic job on two projects recently at the condo complex I manage in Lynn, MA. He successfully completed a waterproofing project that prevented flooding and a retention wall – both were done quickly and to my complete satisfaction. What really stood out was how easy he was to work with; he’s incredibly professional, polite, and communication was excellent – he always responded promptly to texts and calls.   Lermon Masonary did an absolutely fantastic job on my concrete stairs – the bluestone treads and veneers look incredible! I was particularly impressed with Sander, who was so responsive, professional, respectful, and just a really down-to-earth guy. He handled everything with great business etiquette. He even went above and beyond by picking up the veneers himself, which I really appreciated. Marcos also did a wonderful job, and I’m thrilled with the result.   “I couldn’t be happier with the work Lermon Masonry did for us. We hired them to both demolish and rebuild our garage slab and also to repoint a very old stone retaining wall. Sander was fantastic – incredibly responsive, always punctual, and his prices were really reasonable. His crew worked with such enthusiasm and did an absolutely outstanding job on both projects. To top it all off, my dog somehow managed to mess up the new concrete slab, but Sander and his team took care of it immediately and seamlessly – it’s like they didn’t even notice!   Sander from Lermon Masonry did a fantastic job with our new front steps. He was really easy to work with – he promptly responded to my inquiry, visited our property to discuss the project, and sent over a quote that was significantly better than the others we received. He even followed up to finalize the details and we scheduled the work for three weeks later. When the crew arrived, they were on time and completed the entire job – including a small change I requested – within three days and stayed within budget.
