  I'm incredibly disappointed with the service I received. Despite not completing any actual work, I witnessed a concerning behavior – a worker discarding a cigarette butt improperly, right next to a conveniently located gas station bin. This individual, driving a truck with license plate CE 11319, demonstrated a lack of professionalism and respect for the environment. Frankly, this raises serious concerns about the company’s standards and the potential for future issues, including the possibility of waste being left on company property or, even worse, a fire. report abuse

  “Unfortunately, the initial interaction with the driver was incredibly unsettling. They nearly hit my sunglasses while swerving, which completely eroded any trust I had. Because of this, I’m canceling my roof repair appointment – I certainly won’t be using their services again.” report abuse

  “My experience with Bob’s Roofing was extremely disappointing. It’s important to note that Bob himself doesn’t actually perform the roofing work; Cliff Buck from Bucks Exteriors handles that. However, Bob’s sales team, particularly Dean, has a habit of significantly overbidding jobs – sometimes by $2,000 to $6,000 – without the homeowner realizing it. Worse, Cliff would then take the extra money the homeowner was paying for materials and throw them away. Furthermore, Cliff’s work practices were concerning. He allowed his crew to drink alcohol on the job, which seemed to impact their performance, and he didn't bother replacing the drip edge or step cards, even though those were included in the price. Instead, he used silicone sealant. He also failed to clean out the gutters after completing a job, leaving them filled with nails and shingle debris for the homeowner to deal with. Honestly, it felt like Bob’s was intentionally inflating the cost of the job, easily turning a $3,000 project into an $8,000 one. If you’re looking for reliable roofing, I strongly recommend using Bucks Exteriors – they do excellent work and also handle projects for Affordable Quality Construction.” report abuse

  Bob’s Roofing Company was fantastic to work with – from start to finish. Todd, Kenny, and their whole team worked incredibly hard, especially given the challenging weather conditions, and they delivered our new roof exactly when they promised. We wholeheartedly recommend them! report abuse

  “I contacted them following the windstorm a few months ago to assess some minor damage to the exterior walls and a few shingles on the ground. Because I can’t safely climb onto the roof myself, I was hoping they could take a look up there. They initially said it would be a while due to a high volume of calls, but they would get to me. Sadly, they never followed up or contacted me about the situation.” report abuse
