“Kaitlyn was fantastic to work with – so responsive and professional. She was really on top of things, and she even offered a very reasonable return time for the survey. I really appreciated her promptness and overall demeanor.”

“I was really pleased with Cuplin & Assoc – they were fantastic! I needed a survey done quickly, and Greg was incredibly helpful, promising to get it done and delivering on that promise at a competitive price. I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a surveyor.”

Overall, my experience with this company was frustrating and highlighted serious communication issues. While the office staff were consistently responsive and polite, the rest of the operation was a significant problem. I initially scheduled a survey for a refinance and a subsequent update after adding an extension to my home, but there was a complete lack of communication throughout the process. I’d submit the online form and then have to call repeatedly to confirm they’d received it, and the surveyors consistently showed up on the wrong days and times. The on-site surveyors themselves were polite but unprofessional – they didn't wear uniforms, communicated poorly, and arrived without notice. The biggest issue was with the management, specifically Greg. He was incredibly difficult to reach, only responding via email, which was often slow and ineffective. He initially agreed to honor a previous agreement regarding the survey update, but then unexpectedly insisted on performing unnecessary work and billing me for it. This was compounded by a complete lack of transparency – I was given vague promises about “estimated” fees and threatened with collections when I refused to pay the inflated bill. It felt like a series of misunderstandings and a disregard for my time and agreement. As a business owner, I understand the importance of clear communication, and this experience fell far short of what I expect.

“Overall, it was a really positive experience. The staff were professional and friendly, and the process itself was efficient and effective. I was particularly pleased with the quick turnaround time and the quality of the final work.”
-
“Based on the information provided, there are serious concerns regarding this case. It appears the company knowingly submitted a false affidavit, claiming a customer possessed two properties when, in fact, no such lots existed – as confirmed by county records. Furthermore, the lack of a supporting survey contributed to the issue. To address this, a formal complaint has been filed, and if the company does not retract their statements, we’ll need to present evidence from an independent survey conducted by a separate company to verify the property’s details.”
-
“I’ve been consistently impressed with this surveying company. They’ve handled so many projects for us and the team is always fantastic – really friendly and helpful too!”
-
“I can’t recommend Missy Hawker highly enough. She was absolutely fantastic at navigating all the complexities and paperwork involved in starting our new build – a truly invaluable help.”
-
“Overall, it was a really positive experience. The team was friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make sure they met my specific requirements.”
-
“They absolutely nailed it – a truly outstanding job!”
-
“There were some real communication issues that need to be addressed, and unfortunately, this was compounded by a consistently negative attitude.”
