Overall, the technician’s initial response was excellent – he arrived quickly on a busy Sunday morning. However, the problem turned out to be a simple tripped flame rollout switch, which he reset. While I appreciated his promptness, I felt the issue could have been fully resolved with a bit more investigation. After researching the problem myself, I discovered a dirty filter was the root cause, and replacing it fixed it permanently.
