As the builder for Windsor Estates, where he’s been operating for about seven years, he’s consistently demonstrated a lack of professionalism. Throughout the building process, he became very sensitive to any requested changes and was unwilling to communicate effectively, almost as if reacting like a child. The quality of the homes he builds is noticeably subpar, with him taking shortcuts on numerous aspects. My closing date was repeatedly pushed back, and ultimately, he pressured me to finalize the sale before the house was even finished. He didn’t even attend the final walkthrough. Since then, his unprofessional behavior has continued – he refuses to address any problems that arise. Sadly, I’ve encountered significant issues with my home, including splitting floors and defective trim, and many other unresolved concerns. I cannot recommend Tony Ganooni, and I strongly advise anyone considering a home built by him to conduct extensive inspections.”
