  I’m incredibly concerned about this situation. This surveyor took measurements from my neighbors – over 140 of them, spanning my property – and presented them as if they were his own. He seemed to be advocating for a specific property ratio, and frankly, I know exactly where those ratios stand in our township; it’s not just a localized issue in my front yard. It’s unsettling that he went ahead and listed all those surveys under his name without any discussion or questions, even from himself. I’ve already shared the surveys with my attorney after speaking with the courthouse officials. I believe he’s acting unfairly, and if I were to win a case against him, he’d be responsible for covering my costs. I’ve filed a formal complaint at the courthouse as well. I’m planning to monitor the situation, and if this continues, I’m considering putting up a notice to inform the community. I’ve hired a different surveyor who I trust to double-check the work – I need someone reliable and accurate, and I’m particularly wary of any equipment issues or inaccurate readings. report abuse
